Any reservation made with Maison Zamane implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Maison Zamane is a hidden gem located in the heart of Marrakech’s medina. To preserve the tranquility and unique atmosphere of the property, guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the establishment and to adhere to the maximum occupancy of their reserved rooms.

A minimum stay of 2 nights may be required depending on the season. During certain peak periods, particularly the end-of-year holidays, a minimum stay of 4 nights may apply. Check-in and check-out times will be provided prior to arrival. In accordance with Moroccan regulations, a valid ID must be presented at check-in for all guests. The tourist tax is not included in the room rate and is payable on-site in accordance with current Moroccan regulations.

The balance for your stay, as well as any extras (meals, transfers, treatments, beverages, or other services), must be paid on-site at check-in or check-out. To preserve the Maison Zamane experience and maintain the establishment’s hygiene and service standards, outside food and beverages are not permitted within the riad. A corkage fee may apply for alcoholic beverages brought in by guests.
