Payment Policy
Any reservation made with Maison Zamane implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Maison Zamane is a hidden gem located in the heart of Marrakech's medina.
To preserve the tranquility and ambiance of the property, guests agree to respect the peace and quiet of the establishment and to adhere to the maximum occupancy of their reserved rooms.
A minimum stay of 2 nights may be required depending on the season. During certain peak periods, particularly the holiday season, a minimum stay of 4 nights may apply. Check-in and check-out times will be provided prior to arrival.
In accordance with Moroccan regulations, all guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in. The tourist tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid on site in accordance with current Moroccan regulations.
The balance for your stay, as well as any extras (meals, transfers, treatments, beverages, or other services), must be paid on-site at check-in or check-out. To preserve the Maison Zamane experience and maintain the establishment’s hygiene and service standards, outside food and beverages are not permitted within the riad. A corkage fee may apply for alcoholic beverages brought in by guests.
Maison Zamane assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings.
